Remote Position: Oklahoma City Headquarters
JOB DESCRIPTION
Legacy Family Services, Inc. is seeking licensed psychotherapists in Oklahoma to join our mental health collective as independent contractors. We serve clients remotely via telehealth across Oklahoma, with potential expansion to Colorado, Texas, Georgia, and Florida.

Provide quality mental health services to our diverse clientele
Work remotely on a flexible schedule
Focus solely on therapy services; we handle client relationships, communication, and billing
Maintain your own professional license and malpractice insurance
Be responsible for your own taxes and benefits
Requirements:
Active license as LPC, LCSW, LADC-MH, LMFT, or PsyD in Oklahoma (mandatory)
At least 1 year of clinical experience if fully licensed
Experience working with LGBTQ+ clients, people of color, and persons with disabilities
Knowledge of HIPAA requirements and practices
Ability to maintain organized records and complete documentation timely
Willingness to participate in case consultations and staff meetings

60% for 11-19 hourly sessions per week
70% for 20-28 hourly sessions per week
